Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [INSERT: Name of the company, street, number, postcode, town, e-mail address, telephone number] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Please notice: that in our shop we give you the additional right to cancel this contract within 100 days (which doesn’t restrict the right to cancel and begins after 14 days of statutory regulation) without giving any reason. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium by e-mail to our contact page or to our contact address: [email protected]

Cancellation consequences

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain the item and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be recredited to your account.

Refunds policy

– If you return the goods to us because you have cancelled your purchase before it has been shipped. In this case, we will refund the price of the goods in full.

– If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason beyond our responsibility, you can send it back to us at your expense.

– If we delivered a different product or size than the one you stated in your order, we will organise a collection for it at our expense.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase.

You must notify us of your cancellation in writing to our Customer Enquiry Form, if you are already in possession of the goods.
