I have paid for the order online, and the funds have been collected, but the order shows as unpaid. What am I supposed to do?

Make sure you attach the confirmation of the transfer. Once your e-mail is received, we will contact the accounts department and look into the matter.
Foreign transfers can take up to 3 working days to be posted. When making a standard money transfer, the transaction posting time may also increase.
